Is the bicycle assembled

All bikes are 100% pre-assembled for delivery within IRAQ and inside our stores.

You also have the option to receive the bike in a box, being 85% assembled. You are required to complete the remaining assembly or any bicycle shop near you can finalize the bike's assembly.

About the warranty

Silverback, Reid and Fuji bikes have a five-year warranty on frames only. Java bikes have a two-year warranty on frames only. Drivetrain warranties are subject to the drivetrain manufacturer's warranty clause. The tires, inner tubes, cables, and plastic parts are not subject to warranty claims.

For accessories and parts, please read our warranty clause in the item descriptions.
We do not provide a home service; all warranties and/or services will be subject to our assessment and require you to physically bring your bike to our shop and/or warehouse.
